By accessing alibabavapes.com or lodging an order for Alibarbar products, you enter into a legally binding contract governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. All purchases require confirmed 18+ adult age status. Due to the personal hygiene and single-use consumable classification of disposable vapes, all orders represent final sales with zero post-dispatch warranty coverage.
1. Legal Age Requirement & Verification Mandate
You must be at least 18 years of age to browse, register, or execute an order on this website. Attempting to purchase hardware on behalf of a minor is an offence under Australian law.

- Consignments are lodged via Australia Post requiring physical photo ID and Adult 18+ signature verification upon handover.
- Orders placed with falsified age assertions will be cancelled immediately without refund of merchant handling fees.
2. Single-Use Consumables & Final Sale Policy
All Alibarbar disposable items (including Ingot 9000, Ingot 20000, Pandora, and associated series) are classified as pre-sealed, single-use consumable hygiene goods.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law exemptions for sealed personal goods, we do not offer post-delivery hardware warranties, replacements, or refunds. All sales are strictly final upon dispatch. Devices undergo automated factory quality inspections prior to packing. Individual puff output variances resulting from personal inhalation habits do not constitute product defects.
3. Freight Fulfillment & Carrier Transfer
Transit schedules provided on our platform are operational approximations based on standard Australia Post line-haul performance: NSW & VIC (3–4 business days), QLD (approx. 8 business days), and WA (10+ business days).
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser once the consignment is formally scanned and lodged with the postal carrier. We are not liable for regional carrier backlogs, weather transit disruptions, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer address input.
4. User Safety & Hardware Handling Responsibility
Purchasers are exclusively responsible for the correct handling of rechargeable lithium-ion cells integrated within Alibarbar units.
- Recharging must be executed strictly via 5V/1A low-voltage USB adapters. Using high-wattage fast chargers constitutes consumer misuse and nullifies any operational claims.
- Hardware must not be left exposed inside unattended motor vehicles or direct sunlight.
5. Non-Therapeutic Health Advisory
Alibarbar products are recreational vapour devices for adult smokers. They are not therapeutic goods, nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), or smoking cessation aids, and make no physiological recovery claims.
