1. Shipping & Delivery Schedules
How long will my Alibarbar delivery take to arrive?
Deliveries are handled domestically via Australia Post. Total transit times from parcel lodgement are:
• NSW & VIC: 3–4 Business Days
• QLD: Approximately 8 Business Days
• WA: 10+ Business Days
• SA, TAS, ACT & Regional: 4–8 Business Days on average.
Can the postal carrier leave my package in a safe place?
No. In compliance with Australian age-restricted carriage laws, Authority to Leave (Safe Drop) is strictly disabled. An adult (18+) must present valid government photo identification and provide a signature upon delivery. If unattended, items are transferred to the nearest post office branch.
2. Hardware Charging & Usage
Why is the LED indicator flashing on my rechargeable Ingot 9000 or Ingot 20000?
A continuous flashing indicator light signifies that the device’s internal lithium-ion cell has depleted below its operational voltage threshold. Connect the device to a Type-C cable for 30–45 minutes to recharge.
Crucial Charging Instruction: Always recharge using a 5V/1A power source (such as a laptop port or standard computer USB). Never use high-wattage fast-charging smartphone wall chargers, as excessive wattage can damage the circuit board.
How do I prepare a new Alibarbar device for the first draw?
Before use, remove the silicone hygienic plug from the top mouthpiece, and peel away the adhesive airflow sticker on the bottom base. Attempting to puff without removing the base sticker will choke the intake and prevent the draw sensor from triggering.
3. Warranty & Return Policy
Is there a warranty on Alibarbar disposable vapes?
No. Alibarbar disposable vapes are classified as single-use consumable personal hygiene products. We do not provide post-purchase hardware warranties, returns, or replacements. All sales are final upon fulfillment. Every device is hermetically sealed after undergoing automated factory resistance and battery testing.
How can I verify that my device is authentic?
Every authentic unit carries an optical holographic label on the exterior packaging. Scratch off the silver security panel to reveal your unique 16-digit security sequence, and scan the accompanying encrypted QR code to verify its origin through the official system.
