Order Lodgement
Order received and verified for Adult 18+ compliance. Modifications or cancellations are strictly permitted only prior to manifest label generation.

Carrier Induction
Parcel dispatched to Australia Post. A physical tracking ID is issued. The consignment is locked into line-haul transport and cannot be recalled.

In-Transit Window
Packages traverse regional freight corridors. No refund or transit dispute claims will be processed while within official carrier transit targets.

Delivery & Handover
Adult 18+ signature collected. As a factory-sealed oral hygiene product, the purchase reaches its final conclusion upon delivery.
Australia Post Transit Schedules & In-Transit Lockout
Deliveries are fulfilled nationwide via Australia Post standard line-haul routes. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following mandatory total delivery intervals:

Binding In-Transit Clause: Once an order is transferred to Australia Post, transit cancellation requests or “delayed delivery” dispute claims are strictly barred while the parcel remains within the operational business-day window outlined above. Carriers operate on business days (excluding national and state public holidays).
Oral Hygiene & Single-Use Consumable Classification
Under Australian Public Health Regulations and statutory consumer provisions regarding personal oral equipment:
- No Change-of-Mind Returns: Once parcel packaging is transferred or opened, products cannot be restocked, inspected, or resold due to cross-contamination hazards.
- No Flavour Satisfaction Guarantees: Subjective taste perception, sweetness intensity, or cooling tolerance vary between individuals and do not constitute merchandise failure.
- No Post-Purchase Hardware Warranty: Disposable vapour hardware contains pre-filled consumable e-liquid and non-serviceable lithium cells. They are supplied strictly as consumable items with no long-term warranty period.

Every authentic Alibarbar unit (including the Ingot 9000, Ice Adjust 12000, Swirl 13000, and Teq 12000 collections) departs our certified manufacturing partner hermetically sealed after completing multi-tier automated diagnostics:
1. Automated Resistance Diagnostics: Verifying proper dual-mesh coil resistance.
2. Draw Sensor Activation Test: Validating instantaneous microphone pressure switch responsiveness.
3. Vacuum Seal Pressure Check: Ensuring leak prevention through transit air-pressure changes.
Consequently, devices are delivered on an authentic, factory-sealed “as-is” basis directly to Australian adult consumers.
Order Cancellation Window (Pre-Dispatch Only)
Due to automated fulfillment protocols, order cancellation requests must be received within 1 hour of purchase submission and prior to our packing depot issuing a carrier tracking barcode.
Once a shipping label has been generated and the consignment consolidated for Australia Post daily collection, the purchase is permanently locked and cannot be recalled or refunded.
